A note of Thanks!

With the coming of the new year we want to take a moment and say a heart felt THANK YOU! to all of our wonderful clients who have made 2008 an exceptional year for FCP! We have such an amazing job to be able to share the special moments in the lives of all those who chose us to capture their memories in photographs. It's hard to put into words the way we are touched when a young couple come to our studio for the first time, spend time with us during their engagement session and wedding, getting to know them, their family and friends, and then have them return to have their maternity and precious newborn portrait sessions when the time comes. The beautiful families that have a family portrait and then return again as their sons and daughters become seniors, who also call on us when they become engaged themselves. What a rewarding line of work we have to be a part of these happy and exciting occasions! So again we say to all of you --THANKS-- for your kind support of us and our studio! We really do appreciate you all!!!

November Weddings!

What a month! We are having a blast with all of our couples who chose November to "tie-the-knot". Heartfelt Congratulations to everyone! It started November 1st in Prattville with the wedding of Lauren and Chris, then on the 8th it was up to Birmingham with Kathryn and Parks,the 15th was spent with Mosand and Chris in Montgomery, and the very next morning [the 16th] up to Huntsville to capture every moment of Elaina and Aaron's special day. This weekend we will be back in Prattville with Jessica and Beau. We love it! Check out our gallery page and future blog postings to see some highlights from these and other recent weddings.

Now a SHOUT OUT to our newly engaged couples!

The future looks like Fall '08 thru Spring '09 will be the busiest on record for F.C.P. The word is spreading so quickly that we have already booked several dates way ahead. So .... If you think you might be wanting us to cover YOUR wedding within the next few months please call now! We are having to tell potential couples everyday that their date is already booked. [some loved our style so much that they have even changed their date to get us -- how cool!] Anyway, we do want to tell our future couples how much we are looking forward to being with them on their pre-wedding sessions and especially on their wedding day!

Congratulations to our recent Newlyweds!

What a busy, busy time we have had the last few months! We wanted to take a minute and thank all of our recent couples who invited us to share [and capture] their special days. New website is up!

At 3:00 today we finally got to see the fruits of our labors.... our new image display website is now live. But, as with anything new it may take a few days to 'fine tune' it ... I may have gotten a little carried away with including a few too many pictures in some of the galleries causing it to load a little slower than I'd like. There were so many beautiful pictures from so many wonderful weddings and bridal/engagement shoots that I couldn't decide on which ones to take out of the collections. If I find that this presents a problem with viewing any of the galleries I will make some adjustments. Please let me know what you think of the new site by going to the 'contact us' page and dropping me a note on the 'web form' found at the bottom of the page. We are so pumped to be able to showcase our fabulous couples and our unique style of photography that really captures all the emotions and excitement of their relationships with each other, with their families and friends.

I promise I will do much better with keeping everyone up to date on the happenings at the studio on our blog, so please check back often.

Exciting Changes to our website

Exciting news regarding our website!
We are thrilled to announce that we will have a fantastic new website within the next few days!
As you no doubt noticed - our home page looks a little different today, and if you click on the "Wedding photography" button you are sent to a crazy looking 'info' page -- So sorry! This is only temporary. We are almost finished with our brand new wedding photography site and had to prepare our old website to direct everyone to the new one. Our address will stay the same only now when you go to our wedding pages you will automatically be viewing our new "FCP photography" site that feature beautiful slideshows, stunning pictures from recent weddings and a whole lot more. We cannot wait for everyone to see it!! Hopefully this will not take but a couple of days to complete. Until then our apologies. We will keep everyone up-to-date with the progress!

We are now scheduling 2009 senior portrait sessions. We offer a wide variety of packages all featuring indoor studio as well as outdoor location settings. A big shout out to one of my closest friends J.D. who just married his sweetheart Renee' in a beautiful wedding in Opelika. It was my pleasure to be on the other side of the camera at his wedding for a change as one of his groomsmen. Desiree' and Rhonda did a fabulous job photographing the wedding. Ahhhh... 2008!!!!!

Hi Everyone!!!!! So, it's been a while since we've said hello in our blog. Wow- what a busy busy year!!! 2007 was an awesome year for FCP- best yet!! We'd like to say a special thanks to all of our newly happily married couples who allowed us to capture great images and share their special day! Now, as 2008 begins, we are very excited about what this year holds!! We have already booked many weddings for this year and we haven't even been to our first Bridal Show!! By the way- we'll be participating in a few upcoming shows... Come by and see us!
