We love it when it stays in the family! We were so excited when Mrs. Cindy contacted us to capture her daughter Tamara’s wedding! It’s been six years since we shared the Big Day with Tamara’s sister, Ericka! So this wedding was a reunion of sorts for us. :) Tamara and Daren’s beautiful outdoor wedding took place at The Old House at Meriwether in LaPine, AL. The venue was full of details that had such personal touches... from the bride’s dress (which had hand sewn embellishments added by the bride and her Mom themselves!) ...to the very nostalgic wood doors that were the set up as the eye-catching entrance to the ceremony (which were designed by the bride and her Dad, and was made from materials from a family homestead!) It had a gorgeous vintage appeal and was such a neat addition to have at an outdoor wedding, allowing for the full effect of the bridal entrance as the doors swung wide open before she was lead down the aisle. Following the ceremony, everyone enjoyed an evening under the stars complete with good music, great food, and plenty of dancing! It was such a pleasure to once again spend the day with this family, and we count it an honor!! Congrats to Tamara, Daren, and their sweet little man, Logan!! We wish you and yours all the best!!
